It has a fully elasticated and adjustable waist band complete with hook and lead

I bought this lead so I could go jogging with my lively dog. It proved to be perfect for the job, with a little training, my dog now happily jogs with me. You can also easily detach the lead from the waist belt and use as a normal lead if required. Excellent
