Our Delivery Time Scales
Standard Delivery Service:- these orders are generally sent within 2 working days, via royal mail 2nd/1st class post or courier, and should arrive in 2-5 working days from dispatch, (* Zone 2&3, 2-7 working days).
Guarateed Delivery Service:- our priority service, these orders are generally sent within 1 working day. Zone 1 is guaranteed to arrive in 1-3 working days, Zone 2&3 is guaranteed to arrive in 2-4 working days from the dispatch day.
Orders are processed, dispatched & delivered Mon-Fri only, Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during busy times, Bank Holidays, Christmas etc...

We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us.
Non Faulty Items
30 day Return Policy - We all sometimes find that a 7 day return policy is just not long enough, particularly if the item was a gift for Christmas or a Birthday. We are proud to offer a 30 days return policy and we will not charge you a re-stocking fee.
We are happy to accept a product back so long as your item is returned to us within 30 days in the same condition as we sent it to you and you will receive a full refund including delivery costs where standard delivery has been used. The returned item must not have been used, it must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. If an item has been tried on your dog for size, all hairs must be removed before its return. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility
Exceptions:
- Perishable food products.
- Items not shown on this website that have been specially ordered in for you.
- Items that are reduced to clear (in our bargain basement). These products returned do not qualify for a refund, instead a credit note will be offered
How do I return something - non faulty items?
Before returning any items you will first need to email us here. In the email you will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return, once your email has been received, we will then issue you with a Return reference number and return instructions. We are unable to process returns by phone.
It is advisable that all returns are sent by a signed for service (royal mail 2nd class recorded or special delivery). You are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to us.
Once your return has been processed and we have made a refund, we will email you with the details. (Refunds may take up to 2 week to process).
